Join the movement to make Montana a healthier and happier place to live. Here are some helpful resources to get informed about healthy lifestyle choices – such as eating better and making regular physical activity a part of your daily life. Together, we can make changes to improve our own health, the health of our families and the health of others in our community.
We are pleased to announce that in response to the extensive shutdown of Montana schools, our partner EVERFI is making available a new Family Portal that allows parents to receive direct access to a library of 20-plus digital courses for K-12 students for a limited time. The courses include Mental Wellness Basics, which we’ve already made available to schools throughout Montana through the Big Blue Sky Initiative’s suicide prevention efforts.
At a time when parents are struggling to balance work and childcare, and assisting with remote learning, EVERFI has created a solution to provide quality educational content on life’s most critical topics, including mental wellness, digital wellness, prescription drug safety, financial readiness, career exploration, and many more. Signing up for this content is easy! Here are the four steps you need to take:
- Visit the EVERFI Family Portal
- Select your state
- Select your child’s school name
- Receive the full catalog of age-appropriate courses for your child
